1. Kaspersky Internet Security 2009Antivirus

As this is most important of all because it protects my system from several threats ranging from viruses, Trojan, spyware, phishing, annoying ads, and so on.
Try using free for 30 days. This costs around $59.95 for 1 PC per year.

Alternative – You can also use Avast Antivirus Home Edition, which is free for home user. Best part of it doesn’t make system slow during virus scan.

I use it for automatic maintenance of laptop, as it takes care of my system by deleting craps to free space, maintain registry keys, further it speed up system in best possible way, also have so many features.Try it free for 30 days. This costs around $ 49.95 for 1 PC.

3. Picasa 3 – Photo Management

To deal with maintaining huge collection of photos it is quite helpful. You can organize, edit, create collage, and also share photos with friends. More you can take pictures and videos by webcam, and also make passport size photo through 1-click.Moreover you can find duplicate photos in your collection. It also have its screensaver and also integrates with windows explorer for picture preview. All these comes for FREE.

4. Mozilla Firefox – Internet Browser

Its a best internet browser I have ever seen, which combines almost all things in one, i.e. Fast Browsing, Add-on support, customizable interface, with many many extra features that other browsers can’t provide.
